What makes Direct Success, Inc. (DSI) different?

Why did Direct Success, Inc. (DSI) apply for Drug Distribution Wholesale license?

We understand our clients needs. Small manufacturers approached Direct Success when the big wholesale distributors were too expensive for the small orphan drugs. The manufacturers also realized that the customer service for their small accounts was less than desirable from the large wholesale companies. At Direct Success, every client is important.


Does Direct Success have any accreditations or certifications?

Yes, Direct Success, Inc. has been reaccredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy® (NABP®) for Drug Distributor Accreditation for another three-year term. When it was decided to move to wholesale distribution as the main business, we did not renew the URAC certification. Direct Success is also a Woman Owned Business Enterprise.


Why is NABP/(formally VAWD) important?

NABP’s Drug Distributor Accreditation (formerly known as Verified-Accredited Wholesale Distributor®) is a resource for industry and regulatory bodies that establish uniform safeguards meant to protect the public health. Drug Distributor Accreditation plays a pivotal role in preventing counterfeit drugs from entering the United States drug supply and protects the public from drugs that have been contaminated, diverted, or counterfeited. This reaccreditation process required Direct Success, Inc. to demonstrate compliance to a comprehensive set of regulatory standards and best practices in safely distributing prescription drugs from manufacturers to pharmacies and other institutions.


How many states can Direct Success ship drugs to?

Direct Success can ship drugs and medical devices to institutions, pharmacies, and hospitals throughout the United States.


Is it really an in-house or contracted out-of-the USA Call Center?

The call center for all Direct Success programs is 100% based in the United States. Our call center team members work in our New Jersey office.


What is the client experience?

Excellent. We have used third-party surveys to measure our client’s experience. Direct Success’ average score of 99.2% in client satisfaction.
