We value every client. We want to be partners with every client. We want to produce work that we are proud of without hesitation. We will work and make decisions in a responsible way knowing our employees and owners must earn a profit. We will treat outside clients, vendors, and internal employees in a fashion that we want to be treated.

We will meet the client’s deadlines, budgets, and specifications when it is within our power. We will look at every alternative to find ways to make those goals of service within our power. We will not say “NO” until it is absolutely necessary. We do what is necessary to meet our client's needs, regardless of our job title or job description. No person is above any job at Direct Success.

The quality of our work is reflective of Direct Success, Inc. and the client companies we represent. Every job will be completed with the confidence that we could stand in front of the client and state “Yes, I did that work and I am proud of it.”

History

In 1995, Cheryl started a business in her basement due to her desire to work for a company that was passionate about providing excellent customer service and high-quality work consistently. That company became Direct Success. Since then, Direct Success has expanded to a 66,000 sq. ft. building in central New Jersey that houses our call center of trained pharmacists and technicians, our pharmacy, our production/fulfillment center, and our conference planning tradeshow exhibiting division.

Working in the healthcare industry is both rewarding and demanding. Our team members provide “above and beyond” service that allows us to support our clients at a level far superior to our competitors. Direct Success earned the URAC Specialty Pharmacy certification in 2017, which confirms our commitment to quality.

In 2015, my mother was dying of cancer. While medical cannabis was not legal in Ohio I started to research this new medical treatment and found that, while there might be answers for people suffering from severe medical conditions, the training and compliance of this industry were far more casual than I thought appropriate. I started Extra Step Assurance (ESA). We are a company with a mission: ESA is committed to bringing proven education, understanding, compliance, and consistent standards.
